And they all are always close to us.
Last Mach, 8th we celebrated at school a special date. “International Women’s Day is celebrated in many countries around the world. It is a day when women are recognized for their achievements without regard to divisions, whether national, ethnic, linguistic, cultural, economic or political.”
Just like every year, we knew, learnt and recognized some women’s labour in different areas but, in the English class we focused on some special women, OUR MUMS. We wanted to celebrate their achievements and increase visivility of their work as an example of effort, courage, dedication, personal achievement and affection. They are our example of life.
Este ano, durante a celebración do Día Internacional da Muller, coñecemos, aprendemos e puxemos en valor o traballo dalgunhas mulleres en diferentes eidos, pero na clase de inglés, quixemos recoñecer a labor dunhas mulleres moi especiales para nós, AS NOSAS NAIS, como exemplo de esforzo, coraxe, dedicación, logros persoais e cariño. Elas son o noso exemplo de vida.
