Children in the United States and Canada say the Easter bunny or rabbit brings eggs at Easter. In Germany and England, they say the hare brings them. The hare looks like a rabbit, but it’s larger, with longer ears and legs.

En Canadá e USA, os nenos din que un coello chamado Bunny trae os ovos de Pascua. En cambio, en Alemania e Inglaterra é unha lebre a encargada de traelos. A lebre parécese a un coello pero é máis grande, con orellas e patas máis longas.

An Easter Hunt is a common festive activity, where eggs are hidden outdoors (or indoors if in baad weather) for children to run around and find.
When the hunt is over, prizes may be given for the largest number of eggs collected, or for the largest or the smallest egg.

Un xogo moi común en Pascua consiste en buscar ovos decorados feitos de chocolate que se esconden fora ou dentro das casas se o tempo non é bo. Hai premios para o que máis ovos recolleu ou para o que atopou o máis grande ou o máis pequeno.

What do you know about Easter? Do you know that Easter is the time for springtime festivals; a time for Christians to celebrate the life, death and resurrection of Christ; a time of chocolate bunnies, egg hunts and colored eggs.
O ano pasado traballamos o conto “Bunny and the Easter Egg” cos alumnos de 2º de Primaria e, este ano, quixemos darlle voz a esta historia. Aquí tendes o resultado desta aventura. Disfrutade.
