Mission 3: Bringing Magic Back to the Great Hall!

Our Grade 6 students completed Mission 3: The Mystery of the Great Hall as part of our Hogwarts adventure.

In this challenge, the Great Hall was empty: no food, no plates and no cups! The house-elves were missing, so our young wizards had to create a magical menu to bring the feast back.

During this mission, students worked on writing, speaking, vocabulary and grammar. They created their own menus, described the food using there is / there are and some / any, and presented their work to the class using adjectives to give their opinions.

This activity was also a great way to boost creativity, as every student designed original and imaginative magical menus.

Nesta misión, o alumnado de 6º de Primaria creou menús máxicos, practicou expresión escrita e oral en inglés e empregou vocabulario e estruturas gramaticais dun xeito creativo e significativo.
