During a training course I am attending in Santiago, organized by CAFI and led by teachers Lara González and Melania Baltasar, I had the chance to discover two fantastic books: Pete the Cat and His Four Groovy Buttons and Pete the Cat: I Love My White Shoes.

These books are perfect for early learners! Pete the Cat and His Four Groovy Buttons is a fun story that teaches resilience and basic subtraction as Pete loses his buttons one by one but keeps singing his groovy song.
Pete the Cat: I Love My White Shoes follows Pete as he steps into different things that change the color of his shoes, teaching colors and adaptability in a fun and engaging way.
Estes libros son perfectos para os máis pequenos! Pete the Cat and His Four Groovy Buttons é unha historia divertida que ensina a resiliencia e a resta básica, xa que Pete vai perdendo os seus botóns un a un pero segue cantando a súa canción con moito ritmo.
